    Open Operating rules. For ordinary repairs, Full Auto permits automatic contact within your authority; Approve First waits for your approval; Manual Only leaves contact to you. Use Change and save deliberately.

    Read estimate limits and emergency rules

    In Full Auto, the lower estimate limit controls an extra in-app heads-up. Work can proceed in both lower bands; above the upper limit waits for approval. Other controls still apply. Property-specific mode settings and portfolio-wide cost limits have different scopes; read the page before saving.

    Emergencies follow separate escalation that can override ordinary modes and estimate limits. Pause changes that path. Immediate fire/gas dangers receive safety instructions rather than ordinary repair dispatch. Read the emergency and pause explanations; a mode is not a universal promise about every incident.
