    Use the shared HomeRelay number

    HomeRelay uses one shared texting number. Routing uses your registered phone and the message's context. When several contexts fit, answer the clarification. Follow any reply code printed on a decision; do not assume every reply works without one.

    Handle messages and unmatched contacts

    Landlords can use Inbox to reply through the existing relay or handle attributable unmatched messages. A row may offer Reply, Link to a request, Create ticket or Dismiss, sometimes under More actions. Read its available controls and confirmations.

    Not every unexpected text can be matched safely. The shared number is not a general contact address for an unfamiliar contractor.
