New
- Tenants can report a repair from their phone without downloading an app or creating an account.
- HomeRelay sorts each report by trade and urgency, then follows your saved operating rules.
- Once a repair is authorized, HomeRelay contacts an eligible vendor and coordinates the visit with the tenant.
- You can set each trade to Full Auto, Approve First, or Manual, add cost limits, and pause vendor contact.
- Optional rent payments run through your own Stripe account. HomeRelay does not hold the rent or take a cut.
