Simple, flat-rate pricing. No surprises.
Flat $69 up to 5 units, $99 up to 10; past 10, add $5 a door. Everything below is included. Start a free trial: your card isn't charged until HomeRelay has cleared 5 things off your plate, or 30 days after the first one, whichever comes first. Cancel anytime before then and you pay $0.
HomeRelay Standard
About $57.50/mo, paid once a year. That's $138 less than monthly.
About $82.50/mo, paid once a year.
Past 10 units it's $99 plus $5 a door for every unit over 10, so 11 units is $104 and 20 units is $149. Starting out above 10 units? We check vendor coverage in your area first: how that works.
Flat within each band. No per-text, per-transfer, or per-address charges, and we never take a cut of your rent. Pay once for the year and lock your rate for 12 months.
Count doors, not buildings. 3 single-families and a duplex? That's 5 units, so $69. Four single-families and a triplex? That's 7 units, so $99.
Today leads. History informs. Your operating rules decide.
Property Notebook
A private, editable record of confirmed repairs, warranty dates, and reference notes, with correction history instead of silent overwrites.
Assistant
Ask factual questions across the property and exact-unit history already in HomeRelay. Past work supplies context; it never becomes today's diagnosis.
Operating rules
Set authority by trade: approve first, run within a limit, or keep a trade manual. The saved rule, not memory, controls contact and spend.
Coordination
AI ticket triage, your vendor roster, tenant and vendor relay, recorded job timelines, estimates, invoices, follow-up, and fail-loud handoffs.
Also included: tenant QR intake, maintenance exports and analytics, lease and document storage, rent tracking, and optional landlord-direct Stripe collection. HomeRelay never holds rent funds or sells vendor leads.

What "flat" actually means here.
No per-text fees. No per-transfer fees. No usage bill at the end of the month. Whether a job takes five texts or fifty, the price is the same.
HomeRelay is $69/mo for 1 to 5 units, $99/mo for 6 to 10 units, and $99 plus $5 a door past 10. We never touch your rent stream.
Some platforms look cheaper up front, then bill you for the work or take a cut of your tenants' rent. We charge the landlord one flat rate, the person we work for, and your tenants don't pay us a cent. That's the whole model.

How much does it cost?
Flat pricing, everything included.
$69/mo1 to 5 units
$99/mo6 to 10 units
Standard plan, all features. Flat within your band. Past 10 units, add $5 a door: 11 units is $104.
$49/moFounder's Club, 1 to 5 units
$69/mo for 6 to 10 units. 30% off your band rate for 24 months, first 25 landlords only. The $5 a door charge past 10 units is not discounted.
Your price is set by total unit count, never by how many addresses you own. No per-address charges at any size.
Our pricing promise.
We've watched too many landlords get burned by software companies that lured them in with "free" and then either monetized their tenants, gated essential features behind upgrades, or quietly raised prices in year two. We're not going to do that.
1. The price you see is the price you pay.
No setup fees. No per-feature add-ons. No fee on rent payments. No paywalled "premium support." The Standard plan is the only plan we sell, today, and as far ahead as we plan.
2. If we ever raise prices, your rate is locked.
The rate you sign up at is the rate you keep, whether that's the 1 to 5 unit rate, the 6 to 10 unit rate, or the $5 a door rate past 10. If we raise prices on new customers down the road (because of inflation, new features, or genuine cost increases), your rate stays where it was the day you signed up. That's the trade we're making for your trust.
3. We don't take a cut of your rent.
Other software gives you "free" maintenance management and then takes 2-3% of every rent payment. HomeRelay never holds your rent funds and takes no cut. Optional Stripe-powered rent collection routes payments directly to your bank, Stripe's standard processing fees go landlord-direct, and you keep using whatever already works (Stripe, Venmo, Zelle, paper checks, ACH) if you prefer. Your rent stream is yours.
Pricing questions, answered.
How does the free trial work?
You sign up with a card on file. The card isn't charged until HomeRelay has cleared 5 things off your plate, or 30 days after the first one, whichever comes first. Each one is a repair dispatched to your vendor, a recurring service scheduled, or a notice sent to your tenant. If HomeRelay hasn't cleared anything within 120 days, the trial ends with no charge. Cancel anytime before then and you pay $0.
Why a card up front?
We use it to verify identity and prevent abuse. We don't charge it during the trial.
What if my tenants pay rent through HomeRelay?
HomeRelay never holds your rent funds and takes no cut. Optional Stripe-powered rent collection routes payments directly to your bank account, or use whatever you already use (Venmo, Zelle, paper checks, ACH) if you prefer.
Does the price go up if I add more properties or units?
Adding properties never changes your rate. Properties are not part of the price at all. Units are: 1 to 5 units is $69/month, 6 to 10 units is $99/month, and everything inside a band is flat. So a single home, a duplex, and a quadplex are all $69; 6 units and 10 units are both $99. If you cross a boundary, the change is flat and starts on your next billing cycle, never mid-cycle. If your unit count later drops back down, your rate returns the same way, on the next cycle.
What happens past 10 units?
Above 10 units the price is $99 plus $5 a door for every unit over 10, so 11 units is $104, 20 units is $149, and 30 units is $199. Doors you add and doors you remove both take effect on your next billing cycle, never mid-cycle, exactly like a band change. If you are starting out above 10 units, we check vendor coverage in your area before taking the portfolio on: see the how the coverage check works.
How does the door charge work with annual billing and the Founder's Club?
On annual billing, doors you add past 10 are billed at renewal rather than mid-term. That is deliberate: you prepaid a year, so we don't re-bill you inside it. On the Founder's Club, the 30% discount applies to your band rate; the $5 a door charge past 10 units is the same for everyone. At 15 units a Founder's Club account is $69 plus $25, which is $94/month, where Standard is $99 plus $25, which is $124.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual prepay is 2 months free (~17% off). So the 1 to 5 unit rate is effectively $57.50/month yearly ($690/year), and the 6 to 10 unit rate is about $82.50/month yearly ($990/year).
