1 to 5 units is $69/month. 6 to 10 units is $99/month. Past 10 units it is $99 plus $5 a door for each unit over 10.

There is no separate enterprise rate, no onboarding fee, and no quote that depends on how the call goes. If you already have an account and grow past 10 units, nothing here applies to you: the doors show up on your next billing cycle and you are never asked to book a call to keep using the product. Why we check first.
HomeRelay dispatches YOUR vendors, and when yours are busy it escalates down a bench. At 3 doors a thin bench is survivable. At 30 it is not: one unavailable plumber becomes six stalled tickets. So before we take on a portfolio that size we look at the trades you already use, the metros your addresses sit in, and whether the escalation ladder has anywhere to go when your first call does not answer.
Sometimes the answer is no, or not yet. We would rather tell you that before you move your maintenance onto us than after.
What the check looks like.

- We reply within 1 business day, either with a time for a 15 minute call about your trades and metros, or with a straight answer if we can already tell you yes or no.
- On a go-ahead you sign up the normal way, at the published price above. Nothing about the product is different.
