What happens at month 25?

You transition to the Standard rate that was published the day you signed up: $69/month if you have 1 to 4 units, $99/month if you have 5 and up. If we've raised the new-customer rate later, you stay at the rate that was published when you signed up, because that was the rate when you signed up. The 24-month discount ends; the rate-lock doesn't.

We're being explicit about this because we've watched too many SaaS companies offer "founder pricing" that quietly turns into a $200/month surprise renewal. We're not doing that.

You'll get an email three months before your 24-month mark. It'll say exactly what your new rate will be. No surprises, no auto-conversion to a higher tier, no "limited-time renewal offer." Just the rate that was published when you signed up.

What this is not.

This is not a lifetime deal. Lifetime deals are how SaaS companies go bankrupt. We're a real company building something we want to support for decades, so we're not doing the math that puts us out of business in year three.

This is not a "click here to lock in $49 forever" trick. It's $49 for 24 months. Then it's the rate you were promised the day you signed up.

It's not unlimited seats. It's the first 100 landlords. After that, the Founder's Club closes and Standard pricing is the only option for new customers.

Honest caveats.

• Founder's Club is $49/month for 1 to 4 units or $69/month for 5 and up, 30% off the Standard rate for your band. No per-unit or per-address charges: everything inside a band is one flat price.
• The 24-month period starts on your first paid month (not your trial month).
• Founder's Club seats are first-come.
• Your rate-lock applies to the Standard plan only. That's also the only plan we sell, today and as far ahead as we plan.
